We are seeking a motivated and results-driven DM Setter to join our team. As a DM Setter, your primary role will be to engage with potential clients via direct messaging, build relationships, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about communication, customer engagement, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic company.

Lead Generation and Engagement:

  • Reach out to potential clients through direct messaging on various social media platforms.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations and build rapport with leads.

Qualification of Leads:

  • Identify the needs and interests of potential clients.
  • Pre-qualify leads based on provided criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target audience.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of information to the sales team.

Communication Management:

  • Respond promptly to messages and follow up with leads as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all communications.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation and appointment-setting progress.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Prasības kandidātiem

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or social media outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools is a plus.
  • Characteristics:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
    • Adaptable and open to learning new tools and techniques.
  • Availability:
    • Flexibility to work during peak messaging times, including evenings or weekends if needed.
